Our services are provided on a project basis, subscription model, or through other arrangements as mutually agreed upon in writing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

• Use dashboards and visualizations created for you as intended

This license does not grant you any ownership rights and terminates upon conclusion of our service relationship or violation of these Terms.

• Store and backup your content on our systems
• Create visualizations and dashboards using your data
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvements

Our services may incorporate or integrate with third-party software, platforms, or content. Such third-party materials are subject to their own licenses and terms of use. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, functionality, or compliance.

Payment Terms and Billing

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are specified in proposals, service agreements, or on our website. Payment terms include:

• All fees are quoted in Japanese Yen (¥) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement
• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods
• Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added to invoices

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
• We may adjust subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Late Payment and Suspension

Failure to pay fees when due may result in:

Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Project-based services: Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis for undelivered work
• Subscription services: No refunds for partial billing periods

• Completed work or services rendered are not eligible for refunds

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by:

• Closing your account through the account settings
• Providing written notice of cancellation
• Ceasing all use of our website and services

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms or any applicable service agreement
• We are required to do so by law or court order

• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the services ceases immediately
• You remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination
